Why Mind ReCoding

24.03.2025

Have you ever felt like a part of you is working against your true desires? No matter how much you consciously want to change, something deeper holds you back.

The reason is simple, though not always easy to accept: the subconscious mind holds more power than the conscious mind. If programmed incorrectly, it can work against us rather than for us.

Here’s the key fact: we didn’t program ourselves. Our subconscious was shaped by external influences—parents, teachers, culture, and society while we grew up. But the good news? We can take back control.

The Decision to Change

We enter this world with a unique energy imprint, a physical body (our hardware), and an empty subconscious mind (our software). From birth to around age seven, we absorb core operating programs from our environment.

Around age seven, we begin developing a conscious mind and critical thinking skills, however our subconscious programming is already mostly set.

At some point, we may notice a misalignment between how we want to act, what we intend to achieve, and how we actually behave. Certain ingrained patterns no longer serve us, leading us to explore personal development, psychology, or spirituality in search of answers.

Once we recognize this misalignment, we can choose from various methods to reprogram the subconscious mind. The key is that subconscious work must bypass the conscious mind, engaging the body’s sensations and emotional imprints.

The Simplicity and Power of ReCoding

On the spectrum of subconscious work, we have sheer conscious willpower on one end and hypnosis on the other:

  • Conscious willpower demands a massive amount of energy, discipline, and effort.

  • Hypnosis, in contrast, requires surrender and little effort.

In between, we have various body-based methods such as meditation, yoga, breathwork, energy work, bodywork, etc.

Self-hypnosis is one of the easiest method for subconscious reprogramming. This is why I chose to work with it—anyone can do it. And because it is so simple and effective, everyone should do it!

Mind ReCoding is unique because it is effortless—you can literally sleep on it, and it facilitates profound transformation. Coming from a background in Vipassana meditation, which requires intense discipline and patience, learning this method felt like a revelation, especially for the results that I witnessed.

The Role of the Conscious Mind in Re-Coding

While subconscious reprogramming is powerful, we cannot neglect the conscious mind. The subconscious is like an army—it follows consolidated instructions without question. The conscious mind, however, should be the captain.

When the captain and the army move in different directions, the army dominates. But if the captain provides consistent new training, the army will eventually follow. This presents both an opportunity and a challenge:

  • Good news: We can reprogram our subconscious mind.

  • Caution: We must be mindful of our conscious instructions because the subconscious follows them blindly.

Without upgrading our conscious thought patterns, we risk undoing our progress. This is why conscious and subconscious work must go hand in hand in Mind ReCoding.

The Power of ReCoding

Subconscious reprogramming is one of the most impactful things we can do for ourselves and others. By aligning the subconscious with our conscious intentions, we regain true control over our lives.

In the end, self-sabotage isn’t a sign that we are broken—it simply means our subconscious programming is out of sync with our conscious desires. When we recode the subconscious, we stop fighting against ourselves and finally step into the life we are meant to live.
