High vs. Low Energy State

07.04.2025

Have you ever noticed how the world seems to respond to you differently—depending on whether you’re in a high or low energy state?

For most of my life, I dismissed this idea as nonsense. But after embarking on a spiritual path, I can’t help but recognize the shifts I’ve experienced.

As your energy level rises, you might notice that you become “luckier.” But what does that really mean?

Have you ever spent years struggling to find parking spots, only for it to suddenly stop being a problem? Magically, a spot frees up just when you need it.

Have you noticed that people respond to you more kindly, even when you’re not actively trying to be nice—just by being yourself? The same person who seems indifferent or slightly annoyed with others may suddenly be warm and engaging with you, for no apparent reason.

Have you ever found that wherever you go, things just seem to fall into place?

If so, here’s the good news: you’re vibrating at a higher frequency and are attuned to life’s subtle energies.

Pretty wonderful, right? If you’ve experienced a different reality in the past—as I have—it definitely feels like an upgrade. Life flows.

The most astonishing part is this: even when things don’t seem to be going your way, they actually are. We naturally attract what resonates with us and repel what isn’t meant for us. You may notice shifts in the people around you, which can be confusing or even painful. But ultimately, this is for your highest good—it simply means you’ve outgrown certain people or situations and no longer align with them energetically.

Of course, sometimes we dip into a lower energetic state.

You know those days, right? Something feels off. You’re stuck in your head, your body feels tired, or you sense a vague disconnection. Maybe you feel irritable for no clear reason. It’s strange—it hasn’t been you in a long time—but yes, it can happen.

And suddenly, your external world shifts to match. No more easy parking spots. The lucky coupon that would have saved you money? It expired—yesterday. More obstacles show up in your day. You step outside and it starts raining—of course, you forgot your umbrella, or you’re just not in the mood to get wet. Things break. Your phone keeps slipping out of your hands.

Sound familiar?

As wishy-washy as it may seem, this is how our reality works.

So, what to do on a low-energy day? Should we even leave the house?

My take: observe what’s happening and listen to your body. If you feel an intense, persistent heaviness, it might be best to stay in, if you can. You can turn inward, and avoid social interaction. But if it’s only mild, play with it—go out and observe how the world readjusts and responds.

Just like with the mind, we tend to identify with the energy we carry. But remember: energy is an expression of us—it’s not us. You can release attachment to both high and low energy states, because neither defines who we are. They are only reflections of our frequency—vibrational states that move through and beyond the body.
