Can You Live Under Multiple Identities?
10.03.2025

I never would have asked this question before experiencing Mind ReCoding myself. It simply never occurred to me!
And to be clear, I’m not talking about having multiple identities for deception or manipulation—that's not the purpose of this discussion. Disappointed? Keep reading. You might change your mind. 😊
Now, after my experience with Mind ReCoding, I do ask this question, and I help clients navigate this subtle shift.
Mind ReCoding is a beautiful and life-altering journey. I personally experienced myself from different perspectives—almost like different personalities—at the same time.
What is Mind ReCoding?
Mind ReCoding is the process of reprogramming your mind. It involves shedding outdated patterns that no longer serve you and replacing them with ones that align with the life you desire. This process consists of:
Reprogramming the subconscious mind through hypnosis.
Training the conscious mind to cultivate awareness of thought and reinforce positive patterns.
Aligning with our true nature through meditation and inner connection.
In essence, Mind ReCoding allows you to reshape your past/present/future, embodying a new version of yourself.
Identity Shift
One important concept in Mind ReCoding is Identity Shift. This phase occurs after the subconscious mind has been reprogrammed—arguably the most sensitive part of the process.
During this stage, the client creates an avatar—a new version of themselves with defined traits and characteristics. This new identity helps shape the way they think, act, and feel.
Much of our lives are lived through the lens of the identity we formed growing up. Our emotions and experiences deeply shape our self-perception. When the subconscious is reprogrammed and outdated beliefs are replaced, the conscious mind must also adapt to this new way of being.
The Experience of Multiple Identities
As we integrate our new identity, a few things may happen:
Unconscious Switching
We might find ourselves slipping back into our old identity without realizing it. This happens when our mind/body continues producing the same chemical responses associated with old emotional patterns—such as doubt, fear, or sadness—and we identify with it as if it's normal.
Retrospective Awareness
Sometimes, we notice we have switched back to the old identity after we have reverted to our old patterns. Recognizing this is progress because awareness is the first step toward change.
Conscious Experimentation
A powerful shift happens when we recognize an old emotional pattern in the moment and consciously choose how to respond.
By asking ourselves, “What would my new self do in this situation?”, we begin reinforcing the new identity. The more we practice this, the more natural it becomes. What it’s showing is that while you choose to switch to the new identify, you will instatly feel different emotions in the body. So you can observe the direct correlation between your mental construct and your subconscious response.
Identity Fluctuation
Sometimes, we may feel like we are switching between different identities depending on the day or situation. This is a normal part of the process.
If this happens, it's crucial to acknowledge it without frustration. Instead, use it as an opportunity to recalibrate and consciously reaffirm who you truly are.
The Power of Choice
So indeed, we can have multiple personalities, but the one that is most ingrained in our body and mind will dominate.
To make lasting change, we must consistently reinforce the identity we choose. Through repetition, it will eventually become second nature—just as the old patterns once were.
Consider that our old identity had been playing over our heads and bodies for many years… so you want to be as consistent as possible for a long time.
However, it’s important to remember that these are mental constructs. The key to making this process meaningful is ensuring that your chosen identity aligns with your true self—your soul.
Final Thoughts
The true master of the body is the soul. When we align our mind with our deepest truth, we begin to experience love, joy, and bliss effortlessly—without needing an external reason for it.
Happiness is our birthright. It is where we come from and where we will return before our next adventure.
So, can you live under multiple identities? The answer is yes—but the real question is, which identity will you choose to embody?
Be aware of this. Work towards this. And you will make your life a true work of art.
